Delivery Areas

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (depending on location).

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track the delivery progress.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Click & Collect / Pickup

We currently do not offer pickup from our premises.
