Refund policy

We stand behind the reliability of every device and service we deliver. However, if you encounter a genuine fault or issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Eligible Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided:


  • The product is unused and in its original packaging (if applicable)
  • You have proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note)
  • The return has been pre-approved by our support team

Note: Opened consumables (e.g., toner, cartridges) and software licenses are non-returnable unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used toners, inks, or consumables
  • Software or license keys that have been issued
  • Equipment damaged due to incorrect use, neglect, or unauthorised repair
  • Custom-configured solutions or special-order items

Faulty Equipment

If a product is defective within the warranty period:

  • We will arrange a replacement or repair, depending on manufacturer policy
  • Warranty service may involve technician assessment or manufacturer inspection

How to Request a Return

Please email info@syntelo.co.za with your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. A 10% restocking fee may apply for non-faulty items.
